10 DB Snatches
10 Squat Jumps
10 DB Clean and Press
12 Jump Split Squats
10 Thrusters
15 Rows
20 Dips
15 Burpee Lunges w Weight
12 Walking Overhead Lunge
1 min of Plank
Rest two minutes repeat two more times
