I am a Level 2 SPI Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Ontario Teacher, Level Two NCCP Boxing Coach and CASK Level One Kickboxing coach. I focus on using Intense Circuit Training and Boxing/Kickboxing Intervals to create healthy clients who are more confident, happy and have a better overall quality of life. By combining boxing interval training with weight training circuits, clients can see results very quickly. Along with following a sound nutritional plan, people are amazed at their results.
